Project overview
This Point Loma project combined a second-story addition with a complete remodel of the existing home. The new upper level — including a rooftop deck to take in the peninsula views — sits atop fully renovated living spaces with a contemporary exterior, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and clean modern finishes throughout. The transformation turned a single-level house into a striking two-story home built for indoor-outdoor San Diego living.
